Not A Reshoot, But We Had A Chance To Photograph A Property Previously Photographed By Another Professional Photographer
The new listing agent hired us to photograph this property, which was previously photographed by another 'professional' photographer.

When comparing the photographs consider the following:

Blown Out Windows (can you see through the windows?)

Angle & Overall Composition (do you like the overall feel of the
picture and do you get a good sense of the layout?)

Color Correction (are the colors 'true' to life or is there a weird
   color/hue being thrown off?

Lighting Correction (does the photograph appear to be either under
  or over exposed?)

Distortion (do the rooms or building appear to be noticeably skewed,
leaning over, or have converging lines?)
The lower apartment building couldn't be photographed due to the tenant.
As a result we photographed the entrance, so the real estate agent could add caption to let potential buyers know there is a rentable apartment below the main property.
